Draw, measure, and organize with more context

Here's what changed in 1.4p. Download the update through your Bookmap Portal.

New features

• ADT CVD adds a bottom-chart cumulative volume delta line with session or chart-range baselines, volume filters, manual and daily resets, combined or split buyers/sellers views, and a signed meter.
• Right-click a Ray or Horizontal Line to link it to ADT CVD. Its companion reference starts at the chosen chart time, follows the drawing's style, and moves with its saved anchor.
• Schedule a daily Range Volume Profile from the Scheduled tab or by right-clicking the R.V.P. tool. It develops through Live or Replay, follows the ADT timezone, and can use R.V.P. defaults or its own appearance.
• Each scheduled R.V.P. can route new occurrences to Scratch Pad or a named layer. Its Lock option starts on, protecting new profiles from accidental movement while leaving individual occurrences unlockable.
• New regular R.V.P. drawings can fit their high and low to the trades in the selected time range, with the option to keep manual bounds.
• Price Range and Long/Short labels can sit fully above or below their lines. Show ticks, points, or both, and control the dollar figure separately.

Workflow improvements

• Right-click a drawing to move it to a layer, or right-click a palette tool to route future drawings of that type. Named layers also offer Lock/Unlock from their context menus.
• Scheduled R.V.P. settings show whether the latest occurrence is waiting, developing, ended, hidden, or removed; a removed occurrence can be restored there.
• The refreshed optional onboarding tour explains the palette restore icon, drawing context menus, layers, scheduled profiles, and CVD links. The new What's New summary stays available for replay.
• Bookmap's Configure Add-ons panel adds What's New and a manual Check for updates action, even when automatic checks are off.

Fixes

• Show tool palette can recover a hidden or off-screen palette onto a connected display.

The complete upgrade from 1.1p

Version 1.2p was not published separately. Its completed features and fixes are included in 1.3p together with the later Replay, palette, and layer work. Version 1.3p is the complete Marketplace upgrade from 1.1p.

New features

• Range Volume Profile volume bars extend right from the shared anchor with an adjustable width cap.
• Signed Delta bars visualize buyers and sellers to the left of the Range Volume Profile, with independent colors, width, and opacity controls.
• A configurable Value Area defaults to 70%, uses a distinct body color, and marks VAH and VAL.
• Closing or minimizing the drawing palette can leave a compact, draggable restore launcher. Choose its size and artwork, left-click to restore ADT, or right-click it to open Settings, Objects, Journal, or Quick Note.
• Right-click a numbered quick-layer button to delete every drawing in that layer for the current session, with a Yes/No confirmation. Other layers and sessions are not changed.
• ADT can show a dismissible notice when a newer public build is available. The check runs at most once per session, can be disabled in Settings, and never downloads or installs a JAR.
• Report a problem and Share feedback are available inside ADT. Diagnostic details and redacted logs are included only when separately selected.

Bug fixes

• Range Volume Profile now reveals trades correctly during Bookmap Replay, follows forward playback, and rebuilds correctly after scrubbing backward.
• Range Volume Profile uses Bookmap's logical trade price correctly instead of applying an extra price conversion.
• Bookmap modal windows remain reachable when ADT windows are kept on top, and ADT restores its intended window state afterward.
• Legend text- and background-color choosers paint their complete controls on first open instead of waiting for mouse movement.
• The in-app problem-report path is compatible with the support service and has passed live delivery testing.
• The restore-launcher pen and polyline artwork stays inside its circular frame and remains recognizable at the supported sizes.

Workflow/UI improvements

• Onboarding is user-controlled. The tour no longer opens automatically and can be launched from ADT Settings or Bookmap's Add-on Manager.
• The confusing Global Templates workflow is removed. Current Day Legends, Single and Multiple legend behavior, and the default Callouts legend remain.
• The compact palette has its own close control so it can collapse to the restore launcher.
• Restore-launcher settings use clearer labels, hover help, an accessible name, remembered position, and remembered size.
• Settings and Objects use larger first-open defaults, then preserve the sizes chosen by the user.

Previous public baseline

This was the paid public baseline before 1.3p. It was superseded by 1.3p on September 2, 2026.

Advanced Drawing Tools launches

The first paid release brought ADT's drawing palette, organization, journal, Storyboard, sharing, scheduling, and Live Rooms workflow to the Bookmap Marketplace.
